Issue:
On certain trucks, the front turn signals may not be visible from certain angles. As a result, the trucks don't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations.
Safety Risk:
Turn signals that aren't visible from certain angles may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to install additional front turn signals.

Recall Details
Issue:
On certain trucks, the left-rear axle shaft may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the axle shaft could break and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Additionally, if the truck is parked and the parking brake is not applied, the truck could roll away.
Note: This recall only affects single rear wheel trucks with 10.5-inch rear axle.
Safety Risk:
A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A parked vehicle that rolls away could also create the risk of an injury or a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect the left-rear axle shaft, and replace it as necessary.
