GTA supports a number of councils that represent specific segments within the green truck industry. These councils operate under the GTA umbrella.
Lightweight Technology Council (LWTC)
The LWTC serves to bring together the work truck professionals, technical experts and government to provide information to the GTA concerning the development and usage of lightweight materials in the manufacture, specification, and operation of truck equipment and related accessories.
Sustainable Integration Technology Council (SITC)
The SITC serves to advance the integration of, and resolve the technical communications for, upfitters of green technologies within the work truck industry.
Vehicle Electrification Technology Council (VETC)
The VETC serves to explore potential efficiency and performance benefits of vehicle electrification, and provide a mechanism for identifying and promoting useful electrification technologies within the work truck market.
