For nearly three years, Kerri Garvin has been executive director of Greater Indiana, a standalone nonprofit 501c3 organization that advances alternative, domestic fueled transportation, including energy-efficient technologies across all sectors in Indiana. She currently sits on the committee for City of Bloomington's Climate Action Plan and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Kerri looks forward to joining the Board to strengthen promotion of GTA’s mission and programs. As GTA and Greater Indiana missions are aligned, she feels additional coordination would increase the organizations’ positive impacts. Going forward, she believes GTA will continue to serve the industry as a resource for legislative, regulatory and funding initiatives relevant to clean vehicles.
Grant Niebuhr has served as Altec’s manager – green fleet since 2017. His previous positions with the company include materials manager from 2008–2011, and plant manager from 2011–2017. Grant looks forward to joining GTA’s Board because he feels Altec will add a great voice and perspective to the Association as customers push for more green technology in their fleets. He believes GTA can play a vital role in keeping members informed on the changing landscape while helping identify opportunities for implementing new technology into their operations and fleets.
